Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
Identify, attract, and engage top candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Manage the interview process, providing support and guidance to both clients and candidates
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
Facilitate offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process for all parties involved
Work closely with colleagues to share insights and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and candidates
A drive to meet targets and achieve success in a competitive environment
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms is a plus
