Job Responsibility:

Business Development
Via various methods of following up leads calling, sending emails, and dropping sales materials into prospective clients
Conducting meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing temporary roles, winning new business and servicing existing clients
Relationship building
Building long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates alike
Researching and building knowledge of the market through linked in and various BD methods
Interviewing
Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure we have candidates ready for temporary work
Matching candidates skills and expectations to a variety of temp roles
Advertising
Advertising on various job boards/portals
Candidate Attraction
Using various resourcing methods
such as LinkedIn, Job boards, etc
Candidate Care
Keeping in regular contact with registered candidates to maintain up-to-date records
Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information about both candidates and clients as per company policy

Requirements:

The ability to build business relationships, a natural flair with people
Resilient combined with a desire to achieve and have a career
Full of ambition and wanting to build something special and willing to put in the hard work
Able to work under pressure and driven to meet and succeed KPI's
A passion for business development with the desire to consistently grow your business
Must have had experience working in business and show you can deliver a high level of service with area knowledge and business acumen
Must be committed to a long term career in the heart of Exeter and building a successful business within a business
The successful candidate must have a driving licence and be able to drive as you are visiting businesses all over the South West
