Job Responsibility:

Identifying and winning new clients
Expanding Randstad's market presence
Nurturing existing partnerships
Creating effective business strategies
Delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to clients
Sourcing, attracting, and placing top candidates across your industry

Requirements:

2- 5 years experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets
A passion for sales
