Identifying and winning new clients

Sourcing, attracting, and placing top candidates across the industry

Requirements:

2-5 years experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets
A passion for sales
