Job Description:

Randstad is the world's largest talent company and a trusted partner for clients across industries. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales & Marketing team in Melbourne CBD. This role involves working with leading organisations, focusing on established clients, and growing the desk with significant earning potential.

Job Responsibility:

Work with leading organisations and place sales or marketing professionals in exciting career opportunities
Focus on established clients in the business with massive potential to grow the desk and achieve greater earning potential

Requirements:

Must have proven experience in recruitment, ideally sales/marketing or on a permanent recruitment desk
Previous B2B experience ideal
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
