Job Description:

The Regional General Manager (RGM) leads a team of General Managers to ensure the operational, financial, and commercial success of a cluster of residential properties. The RGM will adapt central initiatives with localized strategies to meet and exceed regional goals, driving property performance, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. Additional responsibilities include university partnerships, national strategic contributions, capital planning, and project execution.

Job Responsibility:

Represent the brand and attract top talent
Set and oversee team targets
Develop commercial strategies for market trends and partnerships
Lead sales and marketing efforts
Ensure operational excellence
Manage recruitment and develop diverse teams
Promote CARE principles for resident and staff experience
Ensure proper staffing and training at properties
Oversee property maintenance and compliance with regulations
Develop five-year capital plans
Lead incident management responses
Implement sustainability strategies
Build relationships with universities
Monitor financial performance and develop strategic plans

Requirements:
