Job Description:

The Regional General Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing restaurant operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This position ensures operational excellence, drives profitability, and fosters a culture of exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Develop and manage regional budgets
Identify and implement strategies to optimize profitability
Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers
Champion a customer-first philosophy
Collaborate with corporate leadership to align regional operations with broader company objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant management
Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated success in managing P&L statements and driving profitability
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, with effective time-management and decision-making abilities
Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
