Care Concern Group is thrilled to present an exciting senior-level opportunity to join our dynamic operations team in South East England. As Regional Support Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the standard of care across 8-care homes. Your expertise and guidance will be pivotal in coaching Home and Deputy Managers, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Champion the development of excellent clinical practices across our care homes, providing expert clinical advice and encouraging innovation in service delivery
Ensure our care homes deliver the highest standards of person-centred planning and personalized support to residents
Support Home Managers in under-performing services, developing effective action plans to meet quality and compliance targets
Assist Home Managers in recruiting, retaining, and developing team members in key clinical and departmental roles
Advise Home Managers on adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance
Support Deputy Managers and Clinical Leads in enhancing their clinical and person-centred care skills through training and mentorship
Review audits and provide proactive support, advice, and training as needed to address any issues
Help Home Managers develop and achieve their Service Improvement Plans, driving continuous quality enhancement
Step in as a Home Manager when required, demonstrating a hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving

Requirements:

Home Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Home Manager
Nursing Qualification: Essential to be a qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Quality Care Track Record: Proven track record of delivering high-quality care, demonstrated through positive CQC inspections
Leadership & Coaching: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a knack for guiding teams to achieve their full potential
Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices
