Job Description:
Care Concern Group is thrilled to present an exciting senior-level opportunity to join our dynamic operations team in South East England. As Regional Support Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the standard of care across 8-care homes. Your expertise and guidance will be pivotal in coaching Home and Deputy Managers, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Job Responsibility:
  • Champion the development of excellent clinical practices across our care homes, providing expert clinical advice and encouraging innovation in service delivery
  • Ensure our care homes deliver the highest standards of person-centred planning and personalized support to residents
  • Support Home Managers in under-performing services, developing effective action plans to meet quality and compliance targets
  • Assist Home Managers in recruiting, retaining, and developing team members in key clinical and departmental roles
  • Advise Home Managers on adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Support Deputy Managers and Clinical Leads in enhancing their clinical and person-centred care skills through training and mentorship
  • Review audits and provide proactive support, advice, and training as needed to address any issues
  • Help Home Managers develop and achieve their Service Improvement Plans, driving continuous quality enhancement
  • Step in as a Home Manager when required, demonstrating a hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving
Requirements:
  • Home Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Home Manager
  • Nursing Qualification: Essential to be a qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Quality Care Track Record: Proven track record of delivering high-quality care, demonstrated through positive CQC inspections
  • Leadership & Coaching: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a knack for guiding teams to achieve their full potential
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices
