Job Description:

As a Registered Manager, you will lead a children's residential home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for young people. The role involves developing a team, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, championing well-being, and delivering outstanding care.

Job Responsibility:

Lead & develop a team of dedicated care professionals
Create a warm, stable, and therapeutic environment for young people
Ensure high-quality care and compliance with all statutory regulations
Work closely with a strong network of professionals, families, and local authorities
Champion safeguarding, well-being, and positive outcomes for all young people

Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
3+ years' experience as a leader/deputy or manager in a children's home
A strong understanding of childcare legislation & therapeutic approaches
A leadership style that is nurturing, inspiring, and empowering
A Full UK Driving License
