Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse for the Aykbourn Unit at Cross Lane Hospital in Scarborough. Responsibilities include providing holistic mental health nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality, holistic mental health nursing care to inpatients
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team on comprehensive care plans
Deliver proficient 1:1 patient care, adapting to individual needs
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical guidelines

Requirements:

At least 6 months' experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS or a private hospital
Proven ability to manage challenging situations professionally
Experience with inpatients experiencing mental health problems
Experience providing 1:1 patient care
Experience in multi-disciplinary teamwork
