Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse in Home Infusion, you will work outside traditional hospital settings, providing infusion therapies and nursing care to patients in their homes. This position allows you to foster strong patient relationships and use your IV expertise in a flexible environment.

Job Responsibility:

Challenge clinical nursing skills by receiving training on leading edge technology and specialty infusion clinical requirements
Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes
Make a difference using clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients recovering in their homes
Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with physician’s treatment plan
Have excellent written and verbal skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists and partners.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current license in NY
Minimum one year nursing experience
Strong IV insertion skills with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience
Have and maintain current CPR certification
Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity
Participate in on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs
COVID-19 vaccination requirement.

Nice to have:

Home healthcare experience
