Job Description:

Be part of an exceptional team delivering clinical excellence and holistic care in a vibrant community, ensuring the well-being of care home residents.

Job Responsibility:

Craft personalized care plans
observe daily interactions and conditions for care documentation
lead and organize shift teams
oversee shift handovers for continuity
perform routine health observations
safely manage and administer medications
build trusting relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
support residents in daily activities
respond to team input to prioritize resident health
uphold dignity and individuality of residents
facilitate social interactions and activities
ensure health and safety in the environment
advocate for balanced nutrition and hydration
respond swiftly in emergencies

Requirements:

Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN
passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of residents
ability to connect with people, including residents, families, and colleagues
excellent communication skills with clarity, empathy, and respect

Nice to have:

Care home experience
