Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Craft personalized care plans
ensure accuracy in care documentation
lead and organize the care team
oversee shift handovers
monitor health conditions and perform routine observations
administer medications safely
build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
promote independence in daily activities
respond to feedback for resident well-being
uphold the dignity and individuality of residents
facilitate social engagement activities
prioritize health and safety
advocate for balanced nutrition and hydration
respond to emergencies effectively

Requirements:

Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN
passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of residents
natural ability to connect with people including residents, families, and colleagues
clear, empathetic, and respectful communication skills

Nice to have:

Care home experience
