Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse – Complex Care Specialists Wanted! Cherrybrook care home, split into two specialist units, provides expert support for individuals with complex mental health needs, dementia, and challenging behaviours. Job Responsibility:

Deliver Expert Complex Care – Utilise your clinical skills in tracheostomy management, catheterisation, and PEG feeding to provide high-quality, person-centred care
Lead and Support – Supervise and guide your care team to ensure excellence in service delivery
Create Personalised Care Plans – Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans to individual needs
Ensure Accurate Documentation – Maintain precise and legally compliant records of all care interactions
Administer Medications Safely – Follow MAR protocols to ensure the correct and timely administration of medications
Advocate for Residents – Promote dignity, independence, and engagement in daily activities
Emergency Response – Act swiftly and effectively in urgent situations, ensuring resident safety at all times

Requirements:

Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Experience in Complex Care – A minimum of 2–3 years working with tracheostomies, catheterisation, and PEG feeding
Passion for Mental Health & Dementia Care – Experience or interest in supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, dementia, and challenging behaviours
Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and care teams
Commitment to Excellence – A dedication to providing outstanding care and continually improving service delivery
