Job Description:

The Regulatory Reporting Senior Manager accomplishes results through management of teams, strategic analytics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include data analysis, process improvement, risk mitigation, and team development within the regulatory reporting domain.

Job Responsibility:

Providing regulatory reporting strategic analytics, information management
Communicating to executive management implications of regulation and developing responses
Performing business analysis and collaborating with stakeholders
Providing insights and recommendations for improvement/automation
Ensuring transparency, accountability, and oversight of reporting function
Performing data analysis to monitor and track data quality
Implementing process changes, improving productivity, and optimizing reporting efficiency
Identifying and mitigating risks/issues
Facilitating discussions with stakeholders to improve data quality and mitigate risks
Managing projects related to regulatory reporting reviews and automation initiatives
Communicating analytics findings and testing results to senior management
Identifying and sponsoring development opportunities for team members
Assessing risk through business decisions and ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

6-15 years’ experience in regulatory reporting management framework
Knowledge of TTS Products (Payments & Receivables, International Trade, Corporate Cards, Onboarding) and background of Services Regulatory Reporting domain
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders
Proven relationship management skills
Good knowledge of Citi products including PnR, Trade, Cards & LMS
Working knowledge of technical platforms and processes at Citi
Experience in compiling process and data quality metrics, analyzing results
Experience managing teams with sustainable leadership capabilities
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
