Job Responsibility:

Oversee all reinsurance accounting activities, including the administration of contracts and timely reporting of financial results
Manage the preparation and reconciliation of ceded and assumed reinsurance statements
Review and approve journal entries for reinsurance-related transactions in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or statutory accounting principles
Monitor cash flows related to reinsurance agreements, ensuring timely settlements of premiums, claims, and recoverables

Requirements:

Reinsurance experience
Oversee all reinsurance accounting activities
Manage the preparation and reconciliation of ceded and assumed reinsurance statements
Review and approve journal entries for reinsurance-related transactions in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or statutory accounting principles
Monitor cash flows related to reinsurance agreements, ensuring timely settlements of premiums, claims, and recoverables
