Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a leading financial services firm seeking a talented and motivated Relationship Manager to join the Portfolio team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring sound credit structures, and mitigating credit risk through portfolio management.

Job Responsibility:

Lead executive-level conversations with clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and financial health
Oversee and manage day-to-day funding requests to ensure smooth operations
Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions to maintain credit quality
Manage renewals, annual reviews, and interim credit analyses to support a well-structured portfolio
Review and execute amendment requests to accommodate evolving client needs
Support a seamless transition for clients from Underwriting to Portfolio Management
Develop and refine operational processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and scalability as the portfolio grows.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services
Strong expertise in credit analysis, asset-based lending (ABL) structuring, and portfolio management
Experience reviewing collateral reporting, borrowing bases, and other ABL-related financial materials
High proficiency in financial statement analysis and Excel-based modeling
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a client-centric approach
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commercial Banking, or a related field.
