Job Responsibility:

Providing high-quality personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Administering medications safely and according to guidelines
Supporting individuals with personal and emotional care needs in a respectful and compassionate manner
Carrying out manual handling procedures safely and in line with health and safety regulations
Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and other health care professionals to ensure optimal care

Requirements:

Must be a driver with own vehicle
Minimum of 2 years working within Health & Social Care
Competence in medication administration, manual handling, and providing personal care
A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle (essential for travel between remote locations)
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, person-centered approach to care
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
