Job Description:

Looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a leading Property Maintenance contractor East London.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day repairs contract and maintenance works across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and up to standards
Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance
Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Repairs or Maintenance Supervisor, ideally within social housing
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
Trade background with relevant qualifications
