Job Description:

The Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker) at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, is responsible for processing reservations, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a high standard of service. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering personalized hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room type and rate availability
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities/services
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system
Indicate special room reservation types
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform physical tasks as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
