Job Description:

The Bodrum EDITION is seeking a Reservation Agent to process reservations, address guest needs, and maximize revenue. The role involves handling reservation requests, verifying room availability, and ensuring excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is outgoing, service-oriented, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability and rates
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities and room accommodations
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system
Indicate special room reservation types
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
