The Reservation Agent at Four Points by Sheraton Pontianak processes reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, identifies guest needs, verifies room availability, and ensures compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs

Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities/services
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system
Indicate special room reservation types
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
