Job Description:

The Reservation Agent will process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, identify guest needs, verify room availability, and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. The role requires maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and positive working relationships while complying with company policies and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability and rates
Explain policies to callers
Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities and room accommodations
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system
Indicate special room reservation types
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
