Job Description:

The Reservation Agent at JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon is responsible for processing reservations, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role involves using sales techniques to maximize revenue, maintaining professionalism, and supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability
Explain policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer property-related questions
Maximize revenue using sales techniques
Input data into reservation system
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:
