The Reservation Associate at Coorg Marriott Resort & Spa processes all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, identifies guest needs, verifies room availability, and ensures compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room type and rate availability
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities/services
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system
Indicate special room reservation types
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform physical tasks as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
