Job Description:

The Reservation Sales Agent at Courtyard Kuala Lumpur South is responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, identifying guest needs, verifying room availability, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role involves following company policies, maintaining professionalism, and supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities/services
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system
Indicate special room reservation types
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
