Job Description:

The Reservations Agent at The Westin Singapore is responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques. The role requires maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive work environment while adhering to company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability
Explain policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities
Follow sales techniques
Input data into reservation system
Follow escalation procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets

Requirements:
