Job Description:

The Reservations Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui will handle all reservation-related tasks, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the luxury service standards of the brand. The role involves processing reservations, addressing guest concerns, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability
Explain policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer property-related questions
Maximize revenue using sales techniques
Input data into reservation system
Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Assist guests with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality standards
Handle light physical tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
