Job Description:

The Reservations Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas is responsible for processing reservation requests, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue. The role involves handling phone, fax, and mail reservations, verifying room availability, and explaining policies. The agent will also assist guests with special requests, answer property-related questions, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality. The position requires adherence to company standards and quality assurance expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room availability
Explain policies
Accommodate special requests
Answer property-related questions
Maximize revenue using sales techniques
Input data into reservation system

Requirements:
