The Reservations Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards. The role involves maximizing revenue, maintaining professionalism, and supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations

Requirements:
