Job Description:

The Reservations Agent is responsible for processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, identifying guest needs, verifying room availability, and explaining policies. The role involves accommodating special requests, answering property-related questions, and maximizing revenue through sales techniques. The agent will also input data into the reservation system and follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.

Job Responsibility:

Accommodate special requests
Answer questions about property facilities and room accommodations
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Input and access data in reservation system

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
