The Residences General Manager at Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok is responsible for implementing high standards for life-safety, loss-prevention, and privacy protection, managing luxury condominium facilities, and ensuring financial performance. The role involves developing property-wide strategies, building owner loyalty, and representing The Ritz-Carlton in leadership actions.
Job Responsibility:
Implements high standards for all aspects of life-safety, loss-prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection
Operates within the constraints of the residences budget
Provides timely reporting of financial performance and projections to the Board
Manages luxury condominium facilities and all departments working within the building
Serves as a Liaison to Association shared services Directors
Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and employees
Implements training programs related to property management
Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication
Represents The Ritz-Carlton in all leadership actions
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
6 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
4 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
Management license for Condominiums
Strong rooms background
Proven record in ownership management
Good understanding of engineering and maintenance requirements
Ability to communicate in Chinese
Residential management experience is an advantage
8 or more years’ experience in a senior management position of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel
Property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth
Previous Association management experience
