Job Description:

Looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in Peterborough. Working on a reactive maintenance contract you will provide support to a well-established team that delivers refurbishments and upgrades to Social Housing Properties.

Job Responsibility:

Liaise with tenants regarding repairs
Update on progress
Make sure any complaints are received in accordance with policy and procedures
Ensure agreed targets are delivered within service area

Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar role or industry ideally Social Housing
Have a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
Are an excellent communicator, comfortable with in person and telephone conversations
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
