Job Description:

We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Responsive Maintenance division in Crawley. You'll be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive experience during retrofit works and managing complaints and queries.

Job Responsibility:

Be the key contact for residents, addressing concerns during works
Ensure smooth communication between residents and site staff
Manage the Tenant Liaison Service across multiple sites
Handle complaints, disputes, and damage claims
Organize surgeries to address resident queries

Requirements:

Experience in social housing or customer service, especially complaints handling
A full UK driving licence (required for travel in Crawley)
Strong communication and customer service skills
