Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading Property Services Company based around Saint Albans. You will be working on a Planned maintenance project covering Saint Albans areas.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver the best quality service
provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team
liaise with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner
resolve and advise residents
log all complaints received in accordance with policy and procedures
ensure agreed targets are delivered within service area.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar role or industry
happy to travel around service area
full UK driving licence (1 year)
own vehicle needed
