Job Description:

Randstad is seeking experienced children's workers to support young people in residential services. This role involves providing care to vulnerable children, supporting them with early trauma and emotional difficulties, and adhering to National Care Standards. Shifts are flexible and can include days, nights, or 24-hour cover.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate effectively with a team of child support workers
provide 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
support service users with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties
accompany service users to community activities and school daily
uphold professional boundaries and maintain a professional demeanor
adhere to National Care Standards
work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas period

Requirements:

Have prior experience working in a residential setting with young people
demonstrate flexibility in your role
possess strong communication skills
be registered under the PVG scheme
hold a full driving licence
