Job Description:

Work in residential services for children and make genuine connections to help change the lives of vulnerable young people. Competitive pay rates and flexible hours are available.

Job Responsibility:

Providing 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
ensure children health, hygiene, and safety needs are met
administering medication
provide care, support, and emotional guidance to children living away from their families
assist in personal development, education, and social interactions
manage challenging behaviour with appropriate strategies
teaching essential life skills for independent living.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
flexibility in roles undertaken
experience in assisting with educational needs and activities for Children
strong communication skills
register under the PVG scheme
full driving license (Preferred)
obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable.

Nice to have:
