Job Description:

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next career move? A highly regarded law firm in Chelmsford is seeking a talented individual to join their thriving property team.

Job Responsibility:

Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions
Conducting title checks, preparing reports, and drafting contracts
Managing key deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Providing a high level of client service and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
