Job Description:

A well-established law firm seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage Freehold and Leasehold Residential Conveyancing matters, delivering high-quality service and contributing to business development in a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing Freehold and Leasehold Residential Conveyancing matters
taking instructions from clients and managing expectations
preparing and drafting documents
reviewing mortgage offers, leases, and searches
undertaking due diligence investigations
overseeing transaction processes to meet deadlines
recording time spent accurately
attending networking events
contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
participating in team development and training

Requirements:

Over 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
ability to manage Freehold and Leasehold Residential Conveyancing matters
excellent time management
client-focused approach
caring and empathetic attitude
effective communication skills
familiarity with AML and source of funds/wealth compliance
willingness to attend networking events and assist with business development initiatives

Nice to have:

business development experience
networking skills
marketing skills
ability to write blogs or articles
