Job Description:

The role involves joining a highly successful property team within a respected law firm in North Yorkshire. The firm handles high-quality residential property matters, offering hybrid work options, flexibility, and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a non volume case load of residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build

Requirements:

At least 2 years fee earning experience within conveyancing
Experienced residential conveyancer (either qualified solicitor, lawyer, fee earner or CLC)
