Job Description:

My client is a well respected multi-service firm who are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. You can expect to find a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters, including traditional Sales and Purchase, Freehold, Leasehold, New Builds, Development, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Lease Extensions, Deeds of Variation, Equity release and You may be expected to get involved with gentle marketing, networking and business development.

Requirements:

experienced qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
upwards of 2 years PQE
self-motivated
able to handle own administration
aware of high standards of compliance and client relationship management
genuine desire to help clients
enthusiastic and positive outlook
able to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and all those you engage with
