Job Description:

One of the region's best known multi-service law firms are looking to strengthen their noted Residential Conveyancing team as demand for their services increases.

Job Responsibility:

handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
help to buy and shared ownership

Requirements:

self-sufficient solicitor, legal executive, or licenced conveyancer with upwards of 5 years PQE to handle standard and complex transactions
manage the firm's relationships with estate agents and referrers
