Job Description:

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We are working with a well-established firm that is seeking a talented solicitor to join their team. This opportunity offers hybrid working, with the possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate, and a competitive salary of up to £60,000.

Job Responsibility:

Freehold & Leasehold transactions
Sales & Purchases
Re-mortgages & Transfer of Equity
Shared Ownership Schemes & Right to Buy
Lease Extensions
Support and mentor a small team
Ensure smooth case progression
Provide guidance where needed

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
Strong client care and communication skills
Proven experience managing a full caseload independently
Business development and fee generation skills
Up-to-date knowledge of CQS compliance and CPD requirements
Case management system experience (desirable)

Nice to have:

Case management system experience
