Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Property Solicitor to their dynamic team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing high-quality service to clients and ensuring seamless property transfers.

Job Responsibility:

Handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions
Managing a diverse caseload from instruction through to post-completion
Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property law matters

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with experience in residential property law
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
Proficiency with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
