Job Description:

My client is a forward-thinking law firm looking for a Residential Real Estate Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about real estate law and eager to work in a thriving, client-focused environment, this is a great opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Representing individual clients in the sale and purchase of off-plan and new-build properties
Advising developers on the disposal of residential developments
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key business referrers
Contributing to the team’s marketing and business development efforts

Requirements:

A qualified Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) or Licensed Conveyancer
Experience in new build properties
A strong enthusiasm for real estate law, with the ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with initiative, commercial insight, and a collaborative mindset
