Job Description:

Residential Support Worker - Making a Difference in Montrose. Randstad is seeking caring individuals to join our team in Montrose, supporting children and their families with complex learning and physical disabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Providing 24-hour care and support in a nurturing and safe environment
Delivering individual care, assisting with daily routines, and promoting positive interactions
Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for the children

Requirements:

Experience working in a residential setting with children
Genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility in roles and responsibilities
A valid driving license (required)
