Job Description:

The primary role of the Resourcer is to support a top-performing Principal Consultants on a one-on-one basis to oversee the sourcing of candidates and to provide a high level of administrative support, in accordance with the needs of the business. You will provide outstanding customer service, a consultative approach to candidate management, and general compliance support.

Job Responsibility:

Demonstrate a creative approach to candidate attraction
Take responsibility for the registration process for candidates, pre-screening and interviewing where appropriate, and guiding candidates through the process
Check candidates' compliance
Ensure customer excellence is delivered to all candidates, managing the candidate process including dealing with their queries and escalating where needed
Set up client profiles, credit checking, and creating billing profiles on our salesforce driven system
Provide general administrative support, including collating and recording data

Requirements:

Maintain a lasting relationship with candidates, building their trust
Use a creative approach to candidate engagement
Collaborate effectively with the consultant
Build resilience and take a positive approach to work
