Job Description:

Join TUI as a Retail Apprentice Travel Advisor in Shrewsbury. This two-year Apprenticeship Scheme provides insight into the world of travel, helping you become a destination expert. You'll recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks, and additional products, creating unforgettable holiday experiences. The role includes a varied shift pattern, training, and the opportunity to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

Job Responsibility:

Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints
Receive training on various systems
Complete practical and written assignments via online learning platform
Achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification

Requirements:

Good knowledge of excellent customer service
Genuine passion to work within tourism
Dedicated to achieve goals, targets, and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback
Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and able to communicate effectively
Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times
