This job involves handling billing and customer accounts, ensuring accurate paperwork, and resolving customer issues. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prints route paperwork for next-day deliveries for onshore
Update, monitor, and maintain customer's accounts in the system as directed by the customer and/or store
Run and review multiple reports daily to ensure billings are completed
All VIPs are flagged on damaged sales/orders
After driver check-in, review finalized paperwork to ensure completion, signatures, and billing
Resolve cases and e-mails from internal and external customers
Demonstrates the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions
Any other duties assigned by location and/or leadership
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent telephone and email etiquette
Effective time management and organizational skills
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Maintain confidentiality
Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
Display empathy, understanding, and patience with employees and external customers
Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
Excellent oral and written communication skills
