Job Description:

This role involves maintaining the highest standards of IKEA display equipment, fixtures, and racking. Tasks include collaboration for product displays, ensuring safe inventory processes, and providing training and support for IKEA equipment handling. Environmental sustainability and safety are key focus areas.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating closely with Sales and Com&In teams to support retail equipment and carpentry tasks
Ensuring safe and efficient storage, fulfillment, and inventory processes
Supporting sales departments with racking questions
Providing training on IKEA retail equipment
Reducing environmental footprint by recycling and reusing materials
Maintaining safety on the shop floor
Providing high-quality carpentry and paintwork.

Requirements:

Motivated to collaborate and work with others
Ability to balance long-term planning with immediate tasks
Familiarity with retail equipment and carpentry
Capability to work consciously with resources and materials, maximizing recycling and reuse opportunities
Awareness and commitment to safety in a retail environment
Proficiency in high-quality carpentry and paintwork.

Nice to have:

Experience with retail equipment recommendations and training
